By accessing or using Ledger's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access Ledger's services for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

3. Service Description

Ledger provides an AI-assisted decision logging platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ledger shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
